When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your sales order number included. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number provided by the carrier. If you received the order confirmation, but not the shipping confirmation, then your order is still being processed.
All orders, including Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day, are processed the following business day (Monday-Friday). For Standard Shipping and In-Store Pickup orders, in stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery on standard shipping.
If you have further questions about the status of your order, please email us at estore@duke.edu and include the sales order number (begins with the letters "SO") in the email. An agent will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
