If the credit card authorization step is failing on the submission of your order, please verify that the zip code entered for any domestic billing address has only 5 digits. (*International billing addresses are an exception). The use of auto-fill can sometimes add extra digits to the zip code and cause the credit card authorization process to fail. Your billing zip code must match your zip code on file with your credit card.
If the shipping address is different than the billing address, please check that they are in the correct sections on your order.
Also note, during the order placement process, any charges to your card are pending charges* and will typically clear within 3 business days.
What is a pending charge? It is a temporary hold to ensure payment. It represents a transaction that has not been finalized.
